Today, while his role is primarily administrative, Keith prefers spending time with both new and long-term customers. He specializes in guiding organizations through the transition from analog formats—such as paper and microfilm—to modern digital solutions. Keith also provides consulting on regulatory compliance, cloud-based systems, automated workflows, and the strategic use of AI to improve information management.
