Matt started with Reynolds in 2021. As IT Director, Matt is responsible for software development, implementation and support for both external and internal customers. With a strong focus on web-based cloud development, Matt creates innovative solutions for ECM systems like Laserfiche and Tungsten (formerly Kofax) products. Matt has over 37 years of Information Services and Technology experience. He started his career with Dun & Bradstreet in the Lehigh Valley PA in the late 1980's, moving on to Charles Jones and Superior Information Services in NJ for 15 years, completing his tenure as a Senior Manager of Information Services and Technology.
Project Manager
Jake Reynolds first joined the company part-time in 2010 during high school, working on the installation side while gaining hands-on experience. After completing his degree in Business Management from Temple University, he joined full-time in 2017. This practical foundation gave him a deep understanding of industrial storage systems early on. Now serving as a Project Manager with a strong focus on sales, Jake oversees the full design and layout of new systems, guiding projects from concept through completion. His combined field experience, technical design skills, and customer-focused approach allow him to deliver efficient, tailored storage solutions for clients across a wide range of industries.
Information Management Specialist
Stephen began working at Reynolds part time in 2015 during high school, gaining early experience with the company doing a wide range of tasks. He joined the company full-time after graduating from Kean University in 2024 as a finance major. His background and experience with document management give him a unique understanding of business operations, enabling him to provide clients with solutions that improve accessibility, compliance, and efficiency. He is also a member of the Army National Guard.
Field Service Engineer
Tony started with Reynolds in 2022 and manages all aspects of follow up field service in addition to supporting installation services. Tony's wide range of skills makes him uniquely qualified to support both the information and material storage aspects of our business.
