The project, in one minute.
Fred Beans Auto needed to add parts storage capacity to their existing space while reducing retrieval time in a high-volume service center. Reynolds replaced old shelving with a high-density movable shelving system — small-part and wide-span shelving, pegboard for odd-shaped parts, and stainless steel pass-through countertops — finished in Fred Beans Blue to match the brand. The installation increased storage capacity while reducing parts retrieval time.

From operating constraint to installed system.
Fred Beans needed to add storage capacity to its existing auto-parts space. Reynolds designed a new layout, replacing the old shelving with a high-density movable shelving system — small-part shelving, wide-span shelving, and pegboard for odd-shaped parts like windshield wipers. Reynolds also added stainless-steel countertops to the shelf units for parts pass-through between the parts department and the service technicians, finished throughout in Fred Beans Blue.
