THE LEADER IN SCANNING, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION
Photograph Scanning Services
High Quality Image Conversions
Photographs are an invaluable representation of events and history and often a key component of a file collection. However most are not archival quality, printed photos that are difficult to store and share. Nearly all lack any sort of backup - there is only one copy in existence.
Photo scanning provides a solution. Scanned photos can then be stored on a local machine, hosted via the web or our cloud-based services, or formatted for import into your document retrieval system.
Scanning photos is a complex task. Photos can be 16 or 35MM and in a variety of formats; black & white, color, negative, positive, etc.
Further, photo quality often varies significantly. Scratched, faded, varying densities, and a variety of other imperfections are very common. Typically no index to the photos.
For all of these reasons, photo scanning requires highly specialized equipment and a highly skilled, experienced staff to prepare, capture, index and quality control large or even small volumes.
Reynolds Conversion Services Department has been capturing documents for over 47 years. Our staff averages 17+ years of experience. We have the experience to handle both small, simple projects and large, technically complex projects requiring an in-depth knowledge of your content.
Once we have established the project specifications and submitted samples for evaluation, our staff takes over and your time can be spent fulfilling your regular duties, not managing a scanning project.
Regardless of your industry, our staff has extensive experience with a wide array of organizational document types; libraries, historical societies, government, higher education, banking, utilities, service providers, manufacturers, healthcare, and many others.
Efficient, high quality photo scanning projects that will conform to user, regulatory and industry standards are our specialty. Let our staff effectively manage your scanning projects.
Please feel free to contact us if we may be of assistance with any of your information management projects - please use the form in the footer below or our Contact Page.
